CHARACTER SUMMARY

Yinlin is formerly of the Jinzhou Patrollers, and she was seen as steady and reliable. Due to circumstances involving her past, she's stepped back from the Patrollers and is living life on her own terms.

She's a powerful Resonator, meaning she has supernatural abilities (called a Forte) and slight physical advantages over non-Resonators. She has the ability to manipulate electricity, honing her Forte to the point where she can create fine threads capable of interacting with physical objects. She mainly uses this ability to maneuver a puppet she named Zapstring, but she can use it on organic things as well. (And even to regulate her heartbeat, because she has Vague Anime Arrythmia Heart Disease!)

She's confident, secretive, and enjoys teasing people and performing puppet shows in equal measure.
